Hi, I’m Sreenivasan Kasiviswanathan. For 38 years I have led manufacturing and quality in plants across India and global supply chains.
I founded Gemba The Workplace (GTWP) to share what decades on the shop floor taught me. My work is simple: build practical, people-friendly systems that do more than pass audits. They drive business results.
